  One of the best things about IIMS is its faculty. The teachers are not only highly qualified but also very approachable. They genuinely care about students' learning experiences and are always ready to help, whether it’s with coursework, projects, or career guidance. Another good thing about the college is its frequently organized events, such as Holi Blast, Christmas, Dashain Carnival, Khel Utsav, and others, and the college highly encourages us to participate in every event. IIMS provides us theoretical knowledge with practical application, for example sociology, where we have to study theory as well as field visits. The college also provides us internship opportunities so that we can ensure we are prepared for our careers. One of the major drawback of IIMS is the weak internet connection since the college WiFi has slow speeds, and most of time it doesn't even connect, and it frustrates me whenever i have to search for a particular topic. As I’m currently perusing BBA, in a future as soon as I complete my bachelor I would like to join or work in a corporate where i can see myself as a young professional making my mark in the corporate world and experience in a reputed company. I want to understand the industry, build connections, and develop the skills that are needed to grow. In five years, I want to see myself in a managerial role, leading a team and taking on bigger responsibilities. I want to be someone who brings innovation and strategy to the workplace, making a real difference. At the same time, I also plan to move aboard to pursue my further education in MBA or specialized courses since I want to keep learning and evolving. Five years from now, I won’t just be working a job but I’ll be building a career I’m passionate about. The future is unpredictable but I will keep pushing forward, learning, and growing.  

 

  When it comes to the topic about friends, these girls have been my friends since secondary level, but now we're studying at different universities. As we weren’t that close in middle school, although we used to have casual conversations, we became close friends in high school. Every weekend or once a week, we hang out to cook and eat while we share our thoughts and what we have been through in the days. Whether we’re exploring new places or just hanging out and sharing stories, their company always makes me comfortable. Sometimes it amazes me how comfortable we are around each other, sharing our thoughts and feelings without being judged. Their positivity always motivates me to stay positive in any situation and rely on.
